Rates & Terms

I promise to deliver quality work and excellent customer service at a competitive rate. Most development projects are completed with a fixed price quote but I can also work on a hourly rate, if needed.

Since the requirements of each project varies, I need some information about the project to accurately quote a fixed price or hourly rate, so please contact me with the details of your project. Price quotes are always free and you are under no obligation to proceed with the project.

Payment Terms: Projects are generally broken down into milestones comprising a portion of the total work and cost. When a milestone is completed, payment for that milestone would then be required before advancing to the next one. Larger projects may require an advance of a portion of each milestone before begining work. During the quoting process, I will work with you to decide on payment terms that we both can agree to.

Source Code Ownership: Unless otherwise specified, the work I do for you is considered a "Work Made For Hire" and as a result, you own all the source code developed for that project. If that is not going to be the case for a particular project, I will specify the ownership terms in my proposal.
